Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Public Sector
Management (SES Organizations) Regulations 1999.

2. Schedule 2 to the Public Sector Management Act 1994 amended

Schedule 2 to the Public Sector Management Act 1994* is amended by deleting items 11, 24, 33, 37, 40 and 43.
