Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.  These regulations may be cited as the Public Sector Management (SES Organizations)

Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 to the Public Sector Management Act 1994*

2.    is amended -

(a) by deleting item 3B and substituting the following items -

3B.	Central Metropolitan College of TAFE, established under the Vocational Education and Training Act 1996
3C.	Central West College of TAFE, established under the Vocational Educational and Training Act 1996

(b) after item 5A by inserting the following item -

5B. C.Y. O'Connor College of TAFE, an institution established under the

Vocational Education and Training Act 1996

(c) after item 17 by inserting the following items -

18. Great Southern Regional College of TAFE, established under the Vocational Education and Training Act 1996

18A. 1-ledlancl College, established under the Vocational Education and Training Act 1996

(d) after item 19A by inserting the following items -

20.Karratha College, established under the Vocational Education and

Training Act 1996

21.Kimberley College of TAFE, an institution established under the

Vocational Education and Training Act 1996

(e) after item 28 by inserting the following item -

28A. Midland College of TAFE, established under the Vocational Education and Training Act 1996

(I) after item 30 by inserting the following item -

31. North Metropolitan College of TAFE, established under the Vocational Education and Training Act 1996

(g) after item 44 by inserting the following items -

44A.	South East Metropolitan College of TAFE, established under the Vocational Education and Training Act 1996
44B.	South Metropolitan College of TAFE, established under the Vocational Education and Training Act 1996

and
(h) after item 45 by inserting the following item -

46. South West Regional College of TAFE, established under the Vocational Education and Training Act 1996
