Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Public Sector Management

(SES Organizations) Regulations 1996.

Schedule 2 amended

2. Schedule 2 to the Public Sector Management Act 1994* is amended by

deleting items 22, 31, 34, and 51.
