Public Sector Management (SES Organisations)

Regulations (No. 6) 2000

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Public Sector
Management (SES Organisations) Regulations (No. 6) 2000.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 January 2001 unless they are published in the Gazette after that day, in which case they come into operation on the day on which they are published in the Gazette.

3. Schedule 2 to the Public Sector Management Act 1994 amended

Schedule 2 to the Public Sector Management Act 1994* is amended by inserting the following item after item 3 —

“

3A C Y O’Connor College of TAFE, established under the
Vocational Education and Training Act 1996

”.
