Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Public Sector
Management (SES Organisations) Regulations (No. 3) 2000.

2. Schedule 2 to the Public Sector Management Act 1994 amended

Schedule 2 to the Public Sector Management Act 1994* is amended in item 3B by deleting “ Central Metropolitan College of TAFE,” and inserting instead —

“ Central TAFE, ”
