Regulations 2010

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

18 June 2010 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 2697

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3. Public Sector Management Act 1994 amended

(1)	These regulations amend the Public Sector Management Act 1994.
(2)	In Schedule 2 delete items 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D, 18, 21, 37, 46, 47C and 57.
(3)	In Schedule 2 after item 3E insert:
3F	Colleges established under the Vocational Education and Training Act 1996 section 35
