Public Sector Management (SES Organisations)

Regulations 2009

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Public Sector Management (SES
Organisations) Regulations 2009.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3. Public Sector Management Act 1994 amended

(1)	This regulation amends the Public Sector Management Act 1994.
(2)	After Schedule 2 item 4 insert:

4A Country Housing Authority, established under the Country Housing
Act 1998
