Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Public Sector
Management (SES Organisations) Regulations 2001.

2.            Schedule 2 to the Public Sector Management Act 1994 amended

Item 18 of Schedule 2 to the Public Sector Management
