Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.   These regulations may be cited as the Public Sector Management (Repeal

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on 12 June 1996.

Administrative instruction 212 repealed

3. Administrative instruction 212, entitled "Staff Assessment Report", which was continued in operation in accordance with clause 5 (1) of Schedule 5 to the Act, is repealed.
