Public Sector Management (Redeployment and

Redundancy) Amendment Regulations 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Public Sector
Management (Redeployment and Redundancy) Amendment
Regulations 2003.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Public Sector
Management (Redeployment and Redundancy)
Regulations 1994*.

3.             Regulation 20 amended

(1) Regulation 20(1) is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting “, (2a)”;
(b)	by deleting “2 weeks’ ” and inserting instead — “ 3 weeks’ ”.

(2) Regulation 20(2) is amended as follows:

(a)

by deleting “Subject to subregulation (2a), the” and “ The ”;

(b) by deleting “46 weeks’ ” and inserting instead — “ 52 weeks’ ”.

(3) Regulation 20(2a) and (2b) are repealed.
