Public Sector Management (General)

Amendment Regulations 2014

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Public Sector Management (General)
Amendment Regulations 2014.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Public Sector Management
(General) Regulations 1994.

4.             Regulation 14 amended

In regulation 14:

(a) in paragraph (b) delete “that Act.” and insert:

that Act; and

(b)	after paragraph (b) insert:
(c) persons employed under the Disability Services Act 1993 section 9(2) to whom the Government Officers (Social Trainers) Award 1988 made under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 applies.
