Public Sector Management (General)

Amendment Regulations 2012

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Public Sector Management (General)
Amendment Regulations 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Public Sector Management
(General) Regulations 1994.

4.             Regulation 6A inserted

After regulation 5A insert:

6A.	Entity prescribed for delegation by CEO (Act s. 33(1)(c)(ii))
(1)	For the purposes of section 33 of the Act, the Police Force (within the meaning of the Police Act 1892) is prescribed as an entity.

(2) Subregulation (1) applies only to a delegation by the
Commissioner of Police.
