Public Sector Management (General)

Amendment Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Public Sector Management (General)
Amendment Regulations 2006.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which the
Land Information Authority Act 2006 comes into operation.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Public Sector
Management (General) Regulations 1994*.

4.             Regulation 5 amended

(1)	Regulation 5 is amended by deleting the semicolon at the end of paragraph (d) and all of the regulation after it and inserting instead a full stop.
(2)	Regulation 5 is amended by inserting after each of paragraphs (b) and (c) —
“ and ”.
