PUBLIC SECTOR MANAGEMENT (GENERAL) AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1997

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Public Sector Management

(General) Amendment Regulations 1997.

Regulation 10 amended

2. Regulation 10 of the Public Sector Management (General)

Regulattons 1994* is amended —

By His Excellency's Command, J. PRITCHARD, Clerk of the Council.

(a)	by deleting "and" after paragraph (d);
(b)
substituting the following — by deleting the full stop at the end of paragraph (e) and

and "; and

(c) by inserting the following paragraph —

(f)	the class constituted by persons holding appointments the Conservation and Land Management Act 1984, as field officers in accordance with section 43 (1) of
