PUBLIC SECTOR MANAGEMENT (GENERAL) AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1995

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Public Sector Management

(General) Amendment Regulations 1995.

Principal regulations

2. In these regulations the Public Sector Management (General)

Regulations 1994* are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 4A inserted

3. After regulation 4 of the principal regulations the following regulation is

inserted —

Deemed chief executive officer for purposes of section 4 (5)

4A. For the purposes of section 4 (5) of the Act the Director within the meaning of the Director of Public Prosecutions Act 1991 is deemed to be the chief executive officer of the department designated under section 35 of the Act as the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions. IP

Regulation 5 amended

4. Paragraph (a) of regulation 5 of the principal regulations is deleted.
