Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Public Sector Management

(General) Amendment Regulations 1994.

Regulation 10 amended

2. Regulation 10 of the Public Sector Management (General) Regulations

1994* is amended —

(13) at the end of paragraph (d) by deleting the full stop and

substituting the following —

; and

(e) the class constituted by persons employed through any recruitment programme conducted by the Workforce Management and Development Office.
