Regulations 1997

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Public Sector Management Regulations 1993 in relation to payments to executives in lieu of long service leave.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under section 106
and Schedule 4 of the Public Sector

Management Act 1992.

3. Pay in lieu of long service leave

In regulation 17B.2 of the Public Sector Management Regulations 19931 omit "the amount of the remuneration package nominated as salary, but must not exceed".
