This regulation may be cited as the Public Sector Management Commission Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Public Sector Management CommissionRegulation 1991 . ˙ Amendment of s 1A (Definitions) 3. Section 1A, definitions “disciplinary law” and “eligible public sector employee” — omit, insert— ‘ “disciplinary law” includes— (a) the Corrective Services (Administration) Act 1988 ; and (b) the Public Sector Management Standard for Discipline . “eligible public sector employee” , in section 5.3(2)(b) of the Act, includes a public sector employee— (a) to whom the Public Sector Management Standard for Discipline applies; and (b) who is not a temporary employee.’.
