This regulation may be cited as the Public Sector Management Commission Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Public Sector Management CommissionRegulation 1991 . ˙ Amendment of s 1A (Definitions) 3. Section 1A— insert— ‘ “disciplinary law” includes the Corrective Services (Administration) Act1988 ; “eligible public sector employee” , in section 5.3(2)(b) of the Act, includes a public sector employee who is not a temporary employee;’.
