Regulations 1997

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Public Sector Management Regulations 1993 in relation to payments to executives in lieu of long service leave.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under section 106
and Schedule 4 of the Public Sector

Management Act 1992.

3. Principal Regulations

In these Regulations the Public Sector
Management Regulations 19931 are called the
Principal Regulations.

r. 4 S.R. No. 46/1997

4. Amendment of Regulation 17B

(1) In Regulations 17B.1 and 17B.2 of the Principal

Regulations, for "70%" (wherever occurring)

substitute "94·3%".

(2) Regulation 17B.3 of the Principal Regulations is

revoked.
