Regulations 1996

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the recognise service with certain organisations for the purpose of long service leave.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 106
and Schedule 4 of the Public Sector

Management Act 1992.

3. Amendment of Schedule

In the Schedule of the Public Sector Management
Regulations 19931—

Public Sector Management (Amendment) Regulations 1996

(a) in item 3 after "National Library of Australia" insert "National Road Transport Commission"; and

(b) in item 6(a) after "Schedule 1" insert "or 3".
