PROCLAMATION

WESTERN AUSTRALIA	By His Excellency Major General Philip
P.M. JEFFERY,	Michael Jeffery, Officer of the Order of
Governor,	Australia, Military Cross, Governor of the
(LSI	State of Western Australia.

I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Public Sector Management Act 1994, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 October 1994 as the day on which sections 4, 5 and 6, Divisions 1, 2 and 4 of Part 2, sections 17, 18, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 27, Parts 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 9, and Schedules 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 of that Act come into operation.
