I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Public Sector Management Act 1994, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which sections 3, 16, 19, 20, 26, 28 and Schedule 4 of that Act come into operation.
