I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New

South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Part 3A of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, make the Order set out hereunder.

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Sector Management (State Recreation Areas) Order 1996.

Construction of Ministerial references relating to certain state recreation areas

2. A reference in any Act or statutory instrument, or in any other instrument, or in any contract or agreement, to the Minister for Land and Water Conservation is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for the Environment if the reference is used in or in relation to the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 so far as that Act relates to the Arakoon and Bents Basin State Recreation Areas.
