G. Samuels, Governor. I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Part 3A of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, make the following Order.

Explanatory note

The object of this Order is to transfer the Office of Rural Communities from the Department of Agriculture to the Premier’s Department with effect from 1 October 1997.

This Order is made under Part 3A of the Public Sector Management Act

1988, including sections 55A and 55G.
