1. This Order is the Public Sector Management (Office for Emergency Services) Order 1996.

Transfer of Office for Emergency Services from NSW Fire Brigades to
Department of Bush Fire Services

2. The Office for Emergency Services is removed from New South Wales Fire Brigades and added to the Department of Bush Fire Services.
