PUBLIC SECTOR MANAGEMENT ACT 1988—ORDER

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Part 3A of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, make the Order set out hereunder.

Name of Order

1. This Order is the Public Sector Management (Heritage Office) Order

1996.
Establishment of new Department

2. The Heritage Office is established as a department of the Public

Service.
Transfer of Heritage Branch to new department

3. The Heritage Branch is removed from the Department of Urban Affairs

and Planning and added to the Heritage Office.
Amendment of Schedule l (Departments)

4. Schedule 1 to the Public Sector Management Act 1988 is amended by

inserting i n alphabetical order of departments the following matter:
