1 Name of Order

This Order is the Public Sector Management (Forestry) Order

1998.

2 Construction of certain reference

The reference in section 4 (3) of the Forestry Restructuring and Nature Conservation Act 1995 to the Minister for Land and Water Conservation is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Forestry.
