Construction of certain references in Public Sector Executives
Superannuation Act 1989

3. A reference in the definitions of “chief executive officer” and “senior executive officer” in section 3 (1) of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989 to the Director-General of the Premier’s Department is to be construed as a reference to the Commissioner for Public Employment.
