Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Sector Management-

Administrative Changes (Coastal Protection) Order 1995.

Construction of certain references in Coastal Protection Act 1979

2. A reference in section 36 or 54 of the Coastal Protection Act 1979 to the Minister for Public Works is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Land and Water Conservation.
