Public Sector Management Act New South Wales

1988—Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 42D of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Part 1 of Schedule 3B to that Act (Senior executive positions) by omitting from the positions under the heading “Department of Urban Affairs and Planning” the following positions:

General Manager, Development (North), Landcom General Manager, Development (South), Landcom

and by inserting instead the following positions:

General Manager, Urban Renewal
General Manager, Urban Development
General Manager, Finance and Corporate

General Manager, Marketing and Sales
