Public Sector Management Act New South Wales

1988—Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 42D of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Part 1 of Schedule 3B to that Act (Senior executive positions) by omitting all positions relating to the Ageing and Disability Department and by inserting instead the following positions:

Director, Strategic Policy and Planning
Director, Program Performance

Director, Corporate Services
