1988—Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 42D of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Part 1 of Schedule 3B to that Act (Senior executive positions) by omitting from the positions relating to the Department of Community Services the following positions:

Director, Service Development
Director, Policy and Planning
Director, Communications and Executive Support
Deputy Director-General
Director, Corporate Services
Director, Disability Services
Director, Family and Children’s Services
Director, Community Partners

Area Manager (16 positions)

and by inserting instead the following positions:

Deputy Director-General, Business Services
Executive Director, Community Partners
Executive Director, Child and Family Services
Executive Director, Disability Services
Executive Director, Strategic Policy and Planning
Executive Director, Corporate Communications

Area Director (8 positions)
