(L.S.) GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 42D of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation:

amend Part 1 of Schedule 3B to that Act (Senior executive positions) by inserting after the matter relating to the Department of Industrial Relations the following matter:

Department of Information Technology and

Surveyor-General
amend Part 1 of Schedule 3B to that Act by inserting after “Deputy
Government Actuary” in the matter relating to the Premier’s
Department the following position:
Director of Centennial Park and Moore Park
amend Part 1 of Schedule 3B to that Act by inserting after “Director,
Employee Relations” in the matter relating to the Premier’s
Department the following position:

Director, Infrastructure Co-ordination Unit

Part the following position:

amend Part 2 of Schedule 3B to that Act by inserting at the end of that

Valuer-General
