I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 103 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 1 to that Act (Departments) by inserting in alphabetical order of Departments the following matter:

Public Employment Office Commissioner for Public Employment.
