PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 42D of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3B to that Act (Senior Executive Positions) by omitting from the positions relating to the Public Trust Office the following positions:

Protective Commissioner and Public Guardian

Deputy Protective Commissioner and Public Guardian

and by inserting those positions at the end of the positions relating to the

Attorney General’s Department.
