By deputation from His Excellency the Governor.
I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 103 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 1 to that Act (Departments) by omitting the words “Ministry for Police and Emergency Services” and by inserting instead the words “Ministry for Police”.
