I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 103 (2) of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, amend column 2 of Schedule 1 to that Act (Departments) by omitting from the matter relating to the Department of Sport and Recreation the word “Director” and by inserting instead the word “Director-General” .
