PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 42D and 104 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a) amend Schedule 2 to that Act (Administrative Offices) by inserting in alphabetical order of offices the following matter:

Office of Marine Safety and Port Executive Director of the

Strategy Office.

(b) amend Part 2 of Schedule 3A (Chief Executive Positions) by inserting in alphabetical order of offices the following position:

Executive Director of the Office of Marine Safety and Port
