I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 42D of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Part 1 of Schedule 3B to that Act

(Senior Executive Positions) by inserting at the end of the positions

relating to the Premier’s Department the following positions:

Commissioner for Public Employment

Assistant Director-General and General Manager, Office of the Council

on the Cost of Government
