I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 103 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation amend column 1 of Schedule 1 to that Act (Departments) by omitting the words “Department of Aged and Disability Services” and by inserting instead the words “Ageing and Disability Department”.
