Public Sector Management Act 1988 Proclamation amending Act (1998-533) [GG No 132 of 11.9.1998, p 7357] (NSW)

I, the Honourable James Jacob Spigelman, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 42D and 86 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a)	amend Schedule 3 to that Act (Declared authorities) by omitting the name “Totalizator Agency Board”, and
(b)	amend Part 3 of Schedule 3A to that Act (Chief executive positions) by omitting the position of “Chief Executive of the Totalizator Agency Board”, and
(c)	amend Part 1 of Schedule 3B to that Act (Senior executive positions) by omitting the heading "Totalizator Agency Board" and all of the positions relating to the Totalizator Agency Board.
