PUBLIC SECTOR MANAGEMENT ACT 1998-

PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 42D of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Part 1 of Schedule 3A to that Act by omitting the word “HomeFund Commissioner”.
