PUBLIC SECTOR MANAGEMENT ACT 1988—

PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South

Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 42D of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3B (Senior executive positions) to that Act:

(a) by inserting in Part 1 of that Schedule in alphabetical order the following matter:

New South Wales Institute of Sport

Director

(b) by omitting from Part 1 of that Schedule in the positions relating to the Department of Sport and Recreation the position of Director, NSW Institute of Sport.
