PUBLIC SECTOR MANAGEMENT ACT 1988—

PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) G. Samuels, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 42D of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3B to that Act (Senior executive positions):

(a)	by omitting from the positions relating to the Department of Land and Water Conservation the position of Director, Land Titles Office, and
(b)	by inserting instead the position of Registrar-General and Director, Land Titles Offices.
