I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 42D and 104 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a)	amendSchedule 2 tothat Act (Administrative Offices) by omitting the matter relating to the Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust and by inserting instead the following matter:
Royal Botanic Gardens and Director of the Royal Botanic

Domain Trust Gardens and Domain.

(b) amendPart1ofSchedule3Btothat Act (SeniorExecutive Positions) by omitting from the positions relating to the Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust the position of Director of the Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain.
