PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 42D and 104 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a) amend Schedule 2 to that Act (Administrative Offices) by omitting the matter relating to the Auditor-General’s Office and by inserting instead the following matter:

The Audit Office of New South Wales Auditor-General.

(b) amend Part 1 of Schedule 3B to that Act (Senior Executive Positions) by omitting the heading “Auditor-General’s Office” and by inserting instead the heading “The Audit Office of New South Wales”.
