PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 42D of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a)	amend Part 2 of Schedule 3A to that Act (Chief Executive Positions) by inserting after the position of Commissioner constituting the Forestry Commission the position of Commissioner of the Health Care Complaints Commission;
(b)	amend Part 2 of Schedule 3B to that Act (Senior Executive Positions) by omitting the position of Commissioner of the Health Care Complaints Commission.
