PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 42D and 104 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, with effect on and from 1 July 1994:

(a) amend Schedule 2 to that Act (Administrative Offices) by inserting after the matter relating to the Forestry Commission the following matter:

Health Care Complaints	Commissioner of the Health
Commission	Care Complaints Commission.

(b)	amend Part 1 of Schedule 3B to that Act (Senior Executive Positions) by omitting from the positions relating to the Department of Health the position of Deputy Director, Complaints Unit;
(c)	amend Part 1 of Schedule 3B to that Act by inserting after the positions relating to the Department of Health the following heading and position:

Health Care Complaints Commission

Deputy Commissioner
