I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 42D and 103 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, amend:
| (a) | Schedule 1 to that Act (Departments) by omitting the matter relating to the Public Works Department and by inserting instead the following matter: | |

| (b) | Part 1 of Schedule 3B to that Act (Senior Executive Positions) by omitting the heading “Public Works Department” and by inserting instead the heading “NSW Public Works”. |
